Sirius on Firefox

Darn it!   Why does the interface for listening to Sirius look different on Firefox than it does on IE?

Don’t they test this stuff?   On Firefox the “recently played” list does not appear!!!

Capital One – Stop it Already!!

I am sooooo sick of Capital One stuffing my mailbox with unwanted credit card offers.

You would think if I wanted one by now I would have responded but these clueless dolts have not gotten the message.

How does one stop this insanity?

On Outsourcing

With the amount of work being sent overseas I believe this will eventually happen here:

1. People will become more dependant on the government for assistance.
2. It will easy for a new leader to emerge that will be very Nationalistic in nature.

Can anyone say “revolution”?

Microsoft Money – Not on the Mac!

I like using Microsoft Money but find myself locked into it.   There is no version of it for the Mac and switching to Quicken, from what I have read, it a bug-filled nightmare.

I wonder if GNU Cash is worth a try?

Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle

I just watched Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle.

This is one freaking hilarious movie.   Not for the kiddies because of the blatant drug use.

In a Funk with Texas Hold ‘Em Ring

Last Spring my ring game was pretty good.   I did not play much over the Summer because of golf but now that I have returned I have found that my ring play sucks!  !@#$$

How does one break out of a ring slump?

Phew! Thanksgiving is over.

• The relatives are gone.
• I think I gained 5 pounds.
• I can not drink anymore beer.
• I need to just veg with a Dave Chappelle video.

A-K with a weak flop

Let’s say you are playing some ring texas hold ‘em.   You are dealt A-K.   Of course if you are the first to bet you raise!!!

Now a weak flop hits.   Something like 2-7-9 of mixed suit.   What do you do?

I’ve gotten burned on this.  Statistically, A-K winning is a coin flip.
